Brilliant Marketing & BD Administrator – Birmingham Centre £20-25k DOE

Fab role for a detail focused commercial administrator based central Birmingham working with a great team, you will get involved in the following:

Campaigns & content marketing

  • Facilitating the creation of and managing marketing lists in CRM
  • Liaise with sector teams to ensure lists are ready to use
  • Support the Marketing team to launch campaigns, both off and online. Includes:building, testing and sending e-mail campaigns on our e-marketing software (content will be provided)
  • producing and sending letters (content will be provided)
  • use of social media, blogs etc. more detail below
  • Communicate and manage bounce backs / returns
  • Collate and present campaign KPIs

Website

  • Day-to-day management of the UK website including updating standard copy, loading new content such as marketing and research collateral, press releases and other digital assets
  • Monitor visitors, assess and communicate potential prospects to sector teams

Reporting (in addition to campaign reporting mentioned above)

  • Support the team to produce monthly KPI reports

Social Media

  • Use social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) to raise awareness of Alantra activity including deal completions, research collateral, articles, blogs and videos. Maintain LinkedIn profiles for senior individuals (ensuring biographies are up-to-date, adding marketing updates for example).

Event support

  • Supporting the sector teams to deliver events e.g. invites, chasing rsvps, event collateral etc.

CRM support

  • Managing exception reporting and projects to improve data quality such as data cleansing and marketing list management as described above

General

  • Support the team on general admin / meeting organisation / operational collateral preparation
  • Monitor internal levels of operational/brand collateral and be responsible for the production of new items (e.g. stationery, business cards, marketing and research collateral).

Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Good writing and proofreading skills with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of working with a sales and marketing team and of working with third parties
  • User of email marketing platforms and experience in sending email marketing activity preferred
  • Database management skills; comfortable working with data and CRM technologies
  • Highly competent with MS Office products
  • Use of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Highly motivated
