Digital Product Manager
Define and lead all digital products to support the businesses customer engagement and growth. Ensure the products are optimised to support the business strategy and are in line with industry best practice in terms for customer experience, content, customer acquisition and retention as well as corporate and brand goals.
- Define optimal web/mobile product strategy taking into account customer needs, market trends and technology capabilities.
- Define customer journey across all the digital touchpoints across all of the company brands
- Identify and prioritise customer requirements for web engagement, in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Define product requirements specifications, including defined product roadmap
- Support Brand/Comms teams to deliver corporate website requirements and interface requirements
Skills and experience
- Digital Product management, budget management, agency management, proven digital product strategy definition and stakeholder agreement
- Leading and implementing web product development and using UI/UX/CX capabilities
- B2B product management
- Stakeholder engagement and buy-in
