Charlotte Joined the Culture team in September 2022, previously working in recruitment as an agency bookings consultant and business development role. After working across multiple roles within an agency, Charlotte is passionate about candidate and client experiences. Developing meaningful and long lasting relationships is her primary goal.

Outside of the office, Charlotte is either with her cats or out dancing!
