Rob Fall – Culture Recruitment

Rob (aka Bobby) has nearly 20 years experience within the IT and Technology recruitment market providing a professional and honest service to clients and candidates. He has worked with clients and candidates at all levels and in a variety of industries including Managed Services, IT / Hosted Solutions, Software Houses, Financial Service, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Retail.

Rob has joined Culture to help drive their growth and spearhead the development of our Technology division. He shares in our values, in matching both client and candidate needs, and of course delivering our WOW! service.

Away from the office Rob is a season ticket holder at Birmingham City, follows Warwickshire and the Birmingham Bears, whilst also playing crown green bowls. When he isnt working in a recruitment capacity you can probably find him undertaking his volunteer grounds person duties at his local sports club.
