Laurence is the Co-founder and Director at Culture Recruitment, and launched the business to deliver an amazing experience to clients and candidates, which he feels has become increasingly rare in the recruitment industry today. With over 15 years experience across the midlands, Laurence specialises in senior roles in the marketing industry. His track record of developing and leading teams who are at the forefront of the industry today is second to none.
Outside of his work life, Laurence is a huge sports fan and golf nut. He tries to play every weekend if he can. He is also daddy to three amazing boys; Jacob, Harvey and Oliver and enjoys taking them on amazing holidays at least twice a year
